Treeland’s Commitment to the Code of Business Conduct

Quality Policy Statement


It is the policy of Treeland Group of Companies that all of our activities are carried out in accordance with our business management system, which is working towards BS EN IS09001.
The Treeland Group business management system manual sets out the organization and arrangement of the groups management systems.
The business management system contains all the procedures and associated documentation to manage and control our business and is available to all staff.
The aim of our quality management system is to ensure that:
o We deliver a quality service to maintain excellent customer relations
o Customer satisfaction remains inherent to our business
o Our customer’s requirements have been fully understood and met
o All work is carried out consistently to a defined standard
o We have the skills and resources to fulfill our customer requirements
o Our staff are fully trained and involved in quality improvement
o We strive to continuously improve our systems and procedures
o We only use services that meet our own quality assurance standards
o A professional approach to customer interface is maintained at all times
o Any complaints are dealt with efficiently and within an acceptable time period

Treeland Group Environmental Policy

 

• Conduct operations in a manner that protects the environment, employees and community.
• Continually reducing environmental risks throughout its operations by identifying and measuring environmental risks and by setting performance standards, which are commensurate with best practices.
• Minimize the use of hazardous chemicals and reduce hazardous waste generation whenever feasible.
• Comply with all laws and regulations applicable to its operation and work within the framework of an Environmental Management System.
• Provide EHS training and instruction at all levels to motivate and to ensure that proper procedures are followed.
• Encourage environmental responsibility from suppliers and sub-contractors.
• Communicate this policy to all employees and other interested parties.
